Olivia was here yesterday. The cat doesn't like that one bit. We (or at least my mom, as I'm not sure I'm up to going) are going to their house today so Pete can go to work.

You know those toy parrots that repeat what you say when you press a button? Olivia's like that now, but much cuter. I was wearing a shirt with a picture of Pigpen from Peanuts on it, and she loved it. I told her it was a picture of a boy named Pigpen, and she said "boy named Pigpen" right back. What a sweetie. All over the place, too.

After Mom brought her back, I went to bed for a "little nap" that lasted fifteen hours. I'd thought at first it was 27 hours, but that's because I can't count. :P It has me a bit worried, though, as Laura's been exposed to mono (that's glandular fever, for you UK folks).

Going to be moving the compy upstairs today. That means setting up a computer desk out of crates first, so I'm off to do that now.

And Athena (or "theenacat" as Olivia says) says hi.

I really should make a new baby!icon with new pictures of her. Her hair's gotten so long!

And I really must learn not to make things more complicated than they actually are.
