Getting a migraine. Go away.

At least I have an early warning system... 90% of these things for me start with a bright spot on the left side of my field of vision. My dad and sis don't get that.

*takes three ibuprofen and turns every light out*

And if all else fails (and this isn't a joke): strong black coffee with a lot of (fresh) lemon juice. It's *hideous* but it works. For some unknown reason.

Ugh, you poor thing. Hope you feel better soon, migraines suck. My early warning system consists of a much milder headache that gets full blown after about two hours, which isn't much help.

Lizzy will likely need those narcotics. My mom has migraines, but i've been lucky enough to not get them. After seeing how bad that they can be, I know exactly how lucky I am in that respect. Anyway, I hope that you feel better soon.
