"Today is very boring. It's a very boring day." ~Jack Prelutzky

That just about seems to fit. We're having a garage sale on Friday so I get to help prepare for that and get it all set up. Which means my room is getting cleaned in the process. (It was bound to happen sometime...)

I hope I didn't scare my roommate off with that last e-mail. I wanted to make sure she knew she could tell me to shut up without fear of retaliation, if need be, and that it would take me a while to connect her name to her face.

It is NOT 36 percent humidity out there. 64, I'd buy. 36? No.

This one is for the second person this month who's gone 30 MPH or faster in a parking lot with numerous pedestrians around. Straight from the Colorado Driver's Handbook. All emphasis is mine.

-----

10.2 RIGHT OF WAY

Where vehicles or pedestrians meet one another, and there are no signs or signals to regulate traffic, there are rules that say who must yield the right of way... You must do everything you can to prevent striking a pedestrian or another vehicle, regardless of the circumstances.

PEDESTRIANS: When driving, you should yield the right-of-way to pedestrians under all conditions. Be particularly watchful for children, elderly and blind persons... Pedestrians have the right-of-way at all intersections and crosswalks. Drivers must come to a complete stop and let the person pass safely.

Not really that hard to understand, now, is it? Apparently so.
