Jul. 25th, 2006 12:21 pmI decided that even though I took my comp home in frustration, it'd be a good idea to call upper management at Micro Sucker and see if I could hammer something out with them.
The good news: I did.
The bad news: it means I'm bringing the computer back this afternoon. They'll be shipping it directly to Sony as opposed to the warranty-approved repair center. And it'll be on their dime. (It had damn well better.)
The part that sucks is? The replacement router is on a FedEx truck that's going through Denver and will arrive here later today. But, I'll be able to use a real IRC client, and go online somewhere that isn't absolutely boiling.
In the meantime, I've been amusing myself with this.
