Here safe, at orientation. I'm at a lab but my comp hasn't been networked yet.

RE people: I'm not sure their firewall will let me post. I'll find out in a couple days.

Terran people: 'Cuz I'm only on for a couple minutes, spread the word that I haven't disappeared.

catguy: E-mail me. I'll take you up on your offer as soon as I have my comp back. (Well, actually in October, but still.)

And I'm actually remembering names and faces now! Not all of them, of course, but more than I do normally. It's amazing.

Orientation...well, I'm confused. Coulda sworn you were a junior this year or something.

I just got back from a session of networking those computers, which can be a truly numbing job if you start the workday in the wrong state of mind or without enough sleep. I am currently devoid of all interest, thought, creativity, and emotion, which means I'm in the perfect state of mind to post something on my livejournal.
