Quick update.

Evil Roomie's spending the night at her sister's house.  Whee.  Means I get to watch the debate without having to listen to her talk incessantly about what a "cute little old man" Bush is.  Seriously.  I could barely hear a word of it last time.  Gonna be nice and quiet tonight, though.  Everybody's spending the weekend out of town.  And next week's Fall Break.  Aunt Pat and new roomie, here I come.

Then I'm going to watch the ENT premiere and talk with Tianna, as both of us will be online afterward.  Then the Ent premiere.  Lucky for me there are ways of getting around the whole "We don't get UPN out here" bit.

Having way too much fun with the "Deepest Sender"  FF extension I just added.  I'll definitely be spamming posting in a buncha communities tonight.  Now if only TERRAN WERE UP, I'd be set.

Oh.  One thing that disturbed me about giving blood yesterday was the screening questions.  Not really the questions themselves, as they all made sense and they have to ask 'em.  But it's the fact that they never mentioned HIV.  Just "the AIDS virus."  I hate it when people do that.

Must bug Mom to make sure she's scheduled an appointment with my dermatologist for winter break.  They're really rather shitty in terms of getting people in on the first try, so you have to start early.  But there are a couple more moles that they should look at.

*falls asleep at keyboard*  Maybe I'll just watch the debate from in here instead of going to Y101 for the big screen showing.  That room is so air conditioned it makes me sleepy and given how sleep-deprived I already am, that's a bad combination.

How much blood have you given Lizzy? As a matter of fact, i'll have given 2 gallons of blood after my 2nd future donation. They tell me that they'll give me a pin then (rolleyes). Yeah, i've noticed that they don't talk about HIV. Bereaucratic mentality, I guess.

They didn't tell me the exact amount, but it was the minimum amount because I'm not big enough to give a lot. Thing is, the center that ran this is based in Lexington, so if I donate over the summer or anytime I'm not here (I'm eligible again in December), I'll have to give out all my info again. Which I'm perfectly willing to do but it's a pain.
