The neighbors are blasting elevator music in their backyard. And I can't shut the window without turning my room into a broiler. So much for sleeping...
Bleah. That happens to me a lot too. Also... um, my downstairs neighbors are kinda... screamers. And they've had their window open too lately. Wheee!!!
