Hephaestos is back! He's just as scraggly as ever but it looks like he's been fixed.

Also, if anyone can help me find a freeware GIF animator that has a fade effect (in other words, not Microsoft GIF Animator), I'll hug you and kiss you and rub your fur the wrong way and call you George. I made this icon last night and I think it would look so much better if it faded between frames.

GIMP can do animations, you need to download gimp-gap if you haven't, that's the animator.
