Yeah, I quit watching about 6 or 7 episodes in to this season. Not even Matt Parkman was enough to keep me watching. But here's hoping Claude's worth it.
Matt's one of my favorites, and I'm not a huge Sylar fan. Weird. I guess we even each other out, hm?
I'm kind of torn on Daphne. I like her, then I hate her, then I like her again, but I really, really hate that they stuffed her into the refrigerator (so to speak) just like every. single. other. female character on the show.
Yeah, women aren't really being treated as equals on the show. Not by other characters, and certainly not by the writers and producers. It's annoying. I'm getting tired of Claire's Mary-Sue'ing.
And, of course, not just one but two female deaths last night. I WON'T CHECK IMDB FOR SPOILERS, but I'm sure Daphne will be back. Baby Touch And Go could fix her, maybe. I guess I'll just have to find out.
And we do balance each other out nicely! I actually really enjoy seeing people get into characters that I'm not into myself. It's really interesting to see who finds themselves most fascinated by which character.
Oh...oh oh! I almost made a very inappropriate display of squealing in my class just now. Yaye! Even if I didn't love Claude, Christopher Eccleston makes everything better.
